Mini Model Kit

This stylist curated mini model kit includes hand picked interior decor items to create a beautiful lightly staged home. Each kit contains hand selected decor items to fully stage the kitchen and one full bathroom. Mini model kits communicate luxury with a consistent visually appealing design throughout the home. Items included will vary. The picture shown is an example of a collection curated by stylecrate professionals.

This kit includes everything needed to stage a one bedroom/one bathroom home. To add additional bedrooms and bathrooms to your kit please add these products separately.

Items Included:

• Kitchen Countertop Features: all kits will include canisters displaying dried goods such as oats, beans and pastas, cooking utensils in holder, cutting board(s), spices and oil(s). Each kit will include one additional display such as coffee display (could include 2 mugs, coffee beans, signage, French press), wine display (could include 2 wine glasses, empty wine bottle, cutting board with hors-d’oeuvre utensils), breakfast display with muffins (artificial) with matching side plates
• Felt Message Board  with letters to customize for your property

• Kitchen Rug
• Kitchen Linens: matching hand towels
• Countertop Bar Display: fabric dinner napkins with rings and plates

If the property name is listed on the order we will look at photos online to determine how to curate your collection based on the interior style. If you would like to email us at hello@stylecrate.co with photos you are welcome to do so.  You are invited to communicate details of the interior finishes, wall colors, cabinet and countertop color to refine your mini model kit in the notes section of your order. You may also note any colors that you would like included or disregarded in your collection. Our stylists use colors that are neutral and will appeal to wide demographic audience conveying a sense of luxury to prospective renters if no notes are entered.
